Our breakfast - freshness and enjoyment from the region

Start your day with our varied buffet, which offers something for every taste. We attach great importance to regional and high-quality products: We obtain crusty bread and pastries fresh from the Bauer bakery in the village, and the sausage specialties come from the Schafetter butcher's shop in St. Johann. Sweet honey is supplied by bees from the Hochkönig region (Hinterthal) and the eggs are from the Salzburger Land. Whether you prefer hot or cold dishes - with us you can enjoy quality that you can taste.

Breakfast buffet from 7:45 to 10:00 am.

Coffee & cake buffet - the perfect afternoon snack

Treat yourself to an enjoyable break in the afternoon with a good cup of coffee. Discover our varied cake buffet. From fresh strudel to delicious cakes - our selection leaves nothing to be desired.

Coffee and cake from 15:30 to 17:00.

Dinner - Delicious variety

Start with a fresh salad buffet and a warming soup, followed by a main course of your choice. There is a choice of three main courses every day, including one vegetarian dish. If there is nothing suitable, you can always look forward to our classic Wiener schnitzel (pork or turkey) with crispy chips. The menu is rounded off with a delicious dessert served fresh from the kitchen. For our younger guests there is a special children's menu with spaghetti, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, pancakes etc.

Dinner from 18:00 - 20:00  

Of course, we also offer a vegan menu on request and are happy to take allergies and food intolerances into consideration. Please just let us know your wishes!

Our self-service bar is available around the clock! In addition to a well-stocked drinks fridge with juices, mineral water, beer and more, we also have our own wine fridge with selected wines. Simply take out the drink you want and add it to the list - we trust our guests and appreciate this uncomplicated way of refreshment.
