What meal options are available in the hotel?
We offer half board plus, which includes a rich breakfast and a delicious dinner.

Is there parking directly at the hotel?
Yes, there are free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel - there is also enough space for motorcycle trailers.

When can I check in and by when do I have to check out?

• Check-in: From 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out: Until 10:30 a.m.

Is there an à la carte restaurant in the hotel?
No, our offer for hotel guests only includes half board.

Do you also offer dishes for guests with intolerances?
Yes, of course, we also take intolerances such as gluten, lactose, or other allergies into account. Please let us know your needs in advance so that we can accommodate them in the best possible way.

Are there vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we are happy to offer vegetarian and vegan dishes on request. Please inform us in advance.

What packages do you offer?
We have various packages that vary depending on the season and occasion. These include motorcycle packages, winter offers for skiers and family packages. More info

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
As much as we love animals, unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding!

What special facilities does the hotel offer for motorcyclists?
As a MOHO-certified motorcycle hotel, we provide you with a secure bike garage, professional tour planning and special package deals.

Does the hotel also offer guided motorcycle tours?
We do not offer guided tours, but we are happy to help you plan your individual routes.

 

For winter sports enthusiasts

How far is the hotel from the ski slope?
Our hotel is just 50 meters from the ski slope and offers you direct access to the Hochkönig ski area.

Is there a place to store ski equipment in the hotel?
Yes, we have a ski room where you can safely store your equipment.

 

For summer sports enthusiasts

Do you offer a charging station for e-bikes?
Yes, we have an e-bike charging station where you can conveniently charge your bikes.

Is there a place to safely store bikes in the hotel?
Yes, we offer a lockable bike cellar where you can park your bike safely and securely.

What is the Hochkönig Card?
The Hochkönig Card is a guest card that offers you numerous benefits and free offers during your stay in the Hochkönig region. All of our guests receive the card free of charge in the summer at our hotel and it is valid on the day of arrival.

 

For families

Are baby cots provided in the hotel?
Yes, baby cots are available to our guests free of charge.

Does the hotel have rooms suitable for families?
Yes, we offer spacious family rooms with enough space for the whole family.

What child-friendly activities are there in the area?
The Hochkönig region offers numerous family-friendly activities, including hiking, tobogganing and visits to adventure parks. In summer, many of these activities are even free with the Hochkönig Card.

Does the hotel have wellness facilities?
Yes, we have an outdoor pine sauna with infrared, ideal for relaxing after an active day.
